The Practice

Go through each emotion and name the most recent time you felt it. If you can’t think of a recent time, think of a big time. If you can’t think of a big time — make something up.

With Another Person

Each person gets 2 minutes to go around the wheel. The other person just listens, makes eye contact, and leans in. Kind touch is OK.  (No fixing.)
